Candor Services provides repairs and servicing for all types of floorcare, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, rotary cleaners, sweepers and much more.

Our brand new workshops are equipped with all the latest equipment and we keep in stock most spare parts from all the leading manufacturers, as well as stocking many of our own Candor produced replacement spare parts.

Dont live local? Then let us collect and return your machine.

For a fixed price of £24.99 inc vat we can send a courier to collect your machine from an UK mainland address, bring into us for repair or service and returned back to yourself. £24.99 includes re-delivery of your machine even if you decide not to go ahead with any quoted work! 

Cant transport the machine to us? Let us come to site.

We realise some machines are to big to transport, or some businesses just can not be without there machines for a period of time, so let our mobile engineers come to you! We cover the whole of the UK for larger machines but standard call outs are within a 50 mile radius, if you are outside the 50 mile radius please contact us for a call out quotation. 

Our Procedure:

We ask for a £10 deposit to be left with any machine that is brought in for repair or service, this is fully refunded when you collect your machine, weather you have the work completed or not, or we can take the £10 off of your repair costs. If you decide not to collect your machine for any reason within 14 days of the original quotation, the £10 will be used as a disposal fee and your machine will be scrapped.

What do you repair?

If its cleaning related, we will fix it! Dyson vacuum cleaners, Henry hoovers, Pressure washers, Supermarket branded cleaners, Steam cleaners, Sweepers, Buffers and anything else. 

How long will I be waiting?

This varies depending on the type of machine, nature of the work needed and availability of spare parts. We will have a full quotation within 7 days of your machine coming in to us and most work will be completed within 3 days of quotes being accepted.
